• Check in time 15:00pm – 21:00pm. For late check in please contact us.
  • Check out time 08:00am. – 11:00am.
  • The use of the reserved room or apartment is allowed exclusively by the person who reserved it or by those declared at the reception by this person.
  • It is forbidden for the clients to receive visitors on his rooms.
  • Unfortunately, our Studios is not equipped with special facilities in order to accommodate domestic animals.

  • The management is not responsible for lost items unlessthey have been left at the reception.

  • To keep our spaces fresh and clean for everyone, smoking is not allowed indoors. If smoking happens in a room, a 250€ special cleaning fee will be applied to your account.

  • Please do not throw cigarettes, ash, sand or any other objects from the balconies.

  • Visitors, pets loud music and gas-powered devices are not allowed in the rooms.

  • Kindly respect the quiet hours and be considerate of other guests.

  • Using the accommodation´s linen (towels, sheets) outside the premises is not allowed. If this rule is not followed or any item is damaged, a fee of €10 per piece will apply.

  • If you would like beach towels, feel free to ask at the reception (free of charge).

  • Daily towel change is available upon request, with an additional charge of €10 per overnight stay.

 

Cancellation Policy:`

No fee is charged for cancellation up to 21 days before confirmed arrival date and the entire amount of the advance payment is refundable.

For cancellations made within 0-21 days before confirmed arrival date the advance payment is non refundable.

In case of departure before the confirmed departure date, a 50% charge of the total amount of the remaining cost of the reservation will be incurred.
